Celadin is the technology partner for corporate events where the details are seen by the people at the very top, and where "it mostly worked" isn't good enough. Here is how we operate.

A proven platform, tailored to your event

Everything runs on our own Event Management System, built and refined over years of live events. We don't hand you a rigid product to bend your event around, and we don't start from a blank page that has to be proven from scratch. We configure a tested system to the exact shape of your programme — your agenda, your sessions, your activities, your data — so you get the reassurance of something that has worked before with the fit of something built for you.

We plug into your world

We integrate with your registration supplier and authenticate through your own corporate identity, so attendees sign in with credentials they already trust. Data flows back into your systems in near-real time, not in a spreadsheet days later. And we work to your badge standard — RFID, barcode or QR — rather than asking you to change it.

One system, from the badge to the app to the live view

The delegate app, the on‑site scanning, and the event team's live monitoring all share the same data. A session booked in the app is a scan at the door and a figure on your team's screen, with nothing reconciled by hand. That single spine is what keeps a large, fast‑moving event accurate.

Our people, on the ground

We don't just ship software. Our team is on site through set-up and every live day — running the hardware, watching the data, and resolving anything the moment it arises, with second-level app support throughout the event.
