Celadin builds and runs the technology behind large, high‑stakes corporate events — and has been trusted by IBM to do it for their most senior audiences worldwide. We are a specialist team, not a generalist agency: attendee data and event technology is the only work we do.
What we do
We build and run the on‑site technology that identifies, tracks and informs people at large corporate events — identity and badging, session and activity scanning, a delegate app, and a live operational view for the event team. It runs on our own Event Management System, tailored to each event and integrated with the client's registration and identity systems. The result is an event that runs accurately for the organisers and feels effortless for every delegate.
Celadin was founded in 2008. In recent years we have focused on the most demanding internal events an enterprise runs — leadership and board meetings, recognition programmes and large multi‑track conferences — where confidentiality is absolute and there is no second take.
We don't hand over a rigid product, and we don't start from a blank page each time. We configure a proven platform to the exact shape of each event, deploy our own hardware, and put our own people on the ground to run it. Clients get the reassurance of tested technology with the fit of a bespoke build.
